At the ZOB in Pforzheim, Protektor drywall profiles secure the statics, shape the aesthetics and protect against corrosion
For the realization of the drywall construction, the designs placed high demands on geometry, statics and corrosion protection. A steel skeleton forms and supports the almost floating overall construction.

Above the steel skeleton is a white trapezoidal sheet metal roof, from which the suspended ceiling level is clad. The planking was carried out with cement-bonded boards and corrosion-protected screws.
defendo ensures long-term corrosion protection in outdoor areas
Only Protektor profiles and accessories in C3-coated quality were used for the Pforzheim ZOB. This means that the components from the Protektor defendo range reliably protect the construction against corrosion in the long term.
Protektor substructure for drywall construction in top form
For the substructure of the ceilings, C-ceiling profiles with longitudinal connectors, cross quick connectors and vernier hangers with safety clips were used. U-hangers fasten the ceiling hangers. Advantage: the symmetrical load for the corrugations of the trapezoidal sheet metal ceiling. Another plus point: our GR profiles also adapt perfectly to unusual geometries. This is how the striking detailing of the curved edges, openings and transitions was achieved.
