1 Our technical information in brochures is provided exclusively on the basis of and in consideration of the corresponding products from PROTEKTOR.

2. you are solely responsible for any calculations you make yourself on the basis of our technical information in brochures. PROTEKTOR cannot accept any liability for the accuracy of these calculations.

3. any calculations made by us shall be made exclusively on the basis of the information and data provided and transmitted by you. PROTEKTOR is not obliged to check the information and data provided and transmitted by you for accuracy or completeness.

4. we expressly point out that PROTEKTOR is not authorized to submit building plans. Structural calculations and verifications must therefore always be checked and approved by a structural engineer.
Provided
a) an inspection and approval by a structural engineer has not been carried out or
b) the data regarding the work to be realized deviates from the information and data provided by you and transmitted to PROTEKTOR (in particular regarding load values/specifications, etc.), PROTEKTOR assumes no liability whatsoever for damages arising from the use of the calculations and verifications prepared by us.
