10.2. If the user is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, the place of jurisdiction is 76571 Gaggenau. German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10.3. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective terms of use shall be replaced by an effective condition that comes as close as possible to the terms of use as a whole and the other contractual agreements in factual, legal and economic terms.
