Protektor plaster profiles simply provide you with secure solutions for the optimum metal connection for external plastering
With the new Protektor overhang and metal connection profile 2765 made of stainless steel, you can achieve a secure and visually perfect connection to wall connection plates or sheet metal flashings.
The 2765 does not have a PVC coating. This allows you more flexible application and complete decoupling from existing wall connection plates, cross-cuts and metal profiles. The stainless steel profile ensures corrosion protection and a long service life. It offers the solution for details from the metal connection guideline of the Stuckateur-Verband für Ausbau und Fassade Baden-Württemberg e.V. (SAF). The 2765 also meets the requirements of the guidelines for plaster profiles in the plinth area (e.g. SAF plinth guidelines).
Reliable hold despite closed overhang leg
Another special feature of the 2765 metal connection profile is the closed 30 millimeter overhang leg. Unlike models with a PVC coating, this profile has no holes for plaster adhesion – so no material falls through when plastering. Instead, a self-adhesive, plasterable carrier foil in the area of the stainless steel leg ensures perfect, stable and long-lasting plastering.

Protektor plain bearing joint profiles
This enables you to create safe and crack-free sliding bearing joints – without having to renovate the existing structure. The formation of sliding bearing joints and their consistent transfer from the building core to the rendered façade or the external ETICS are crucial for a long-lasting and damage-free external façade. If these areas are formed incorrectly or not at all, they are susceptible to cracks in the façade and are usually the cause of possible consequential damage to the structure.
New Protektor slide-in profiles make installation even easier and more efficient
In addition to our multi-part profile solutions, we now also offer one-piece variants in the form of slide-in profiles. Our sliding bearing joint profiles no. 37540 made of PVC and no. 9540 made of aluminum are ideally suited for use in timber frame extensions or for lightweight steel construction with ETICS. How does the assembly work? Uncomplicated. Simply inserted into the transition, the profiles form an elegant transition. In addition, the slide-in profiles with their free movement absorption and the option of inserting a pre-compressed joint sealing tape ensure long-lasting protection against cracks and façade damage.
Protektor plain bearing joint profiles provide you with these advantages
- Execution of the sliding bearing joint according to the “extension” trade enables quick and easy installation
- Ideally suited for adding storeys to existing buildings without renovating the façade
- Elegant transition with minimal offset
- Free choice of a suitable, pre-compressed sealing tape
- Hooks on the PVC version counteract the expansion pressure of the sealing tape
- Free movement absorption in all three directions of movement to prevent damage
- Dense and durable transition
