Description and installation instructions

• First, the U-connection profile No. 58148 is doweled to the walls all around at intervals of approx. 500 mm.
• The CD support profiles No. 58130 are placed on top of the U-connection profile and then the hangers are attached. Maximum hanger distance from the wall 1/3 hanger distance, maximum support profile distance from the wall 1/3 of the permissible panel profile span.
• For this purpose, the CD panel profiles No. 58130 are inserted into the U-connection profile and connected to the suspended CD support profiles with cross quick connectors No. 58132. The center distance of the 1st CD panel profile from the wall is specified in the mounting table according to the panel type and thickness (e.g. 500 mm for 12.5 mm GK panel).
• Profile joints are to be arranged offset using CD connector no. 58131. In the case of CD support profiles, an additional hanger is to be arranged at the profile joint.
• Finally, the panelling plates are screwed on with drywall screws without pre-drilling and at right angles to the plate profiles. The screwing and subsequent filling must be done according to the installation guidelines of the panel manufacturers.
