Beam levelling construction

Adjustable, galvanised metal substructure to compensate for unevenness in the primary construction.

Description and installation instructions

The beam levelling angle profiles are multi-angled profiles made of galvanised sheet steel with different system perforations. They were developed, for example, to create an aligned construction level on old uneven wooden ceiling beams or rafters, on the basis of which further constructions, such as drywall cladding or suspended ceilings, can be built.

However, the full range of applications of the profiles only comes into play in the context of modernisation and renovation, especially against the background of meeting the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance.

In addition to levelling out unevenness in the primary construction, beam levelling angle profiles also allow the creation of a greater construction height for a further insulation layer. The joist levelling angle adapter 5575 is used for this purpose. Coordinated pre-drilled holes make installation on the profile quick and reliable. In addition to between-rafter insulation, under-rafter insulation is now also possible. In addition, a vapour barrier foil can be attached to the profile due to the special design.
