Description and installation instructions

After mounting the circumferential U-connection profiles No. 5168 at a distance of 500 mm, the upper parts A must be fastened to the raw ceiling at a distance of 1000 mm (for 12.5 mm GK planking). The adjustable parts B are also clipped into the CD profiles No. 5120 at a distance of 1000 mm. The CD profiles now provided with the adjustment parts are inserted into the U connection profiles at the wall connection and then the adjustment parts are snapped into the upper parts C. The CD profiles can now be adjusted in the required height, this position being adjusted by pushing the two adjustment clamps through the vernier perforations of the upper and adjustment parts D. Rail joints are to be executed with the longitudinal connector No. 6079 in offset arrangement and provided with an additional direct fastening.

Maximum hanger distance from the wall = 330 mm.

Finally, the 12.5 mm gypsum plaster boards are screwed on with Drywall Screws type TN 3.5 x 25 mm No. 6205 transverse to the rail position.

The fixing and filling of the boarding must be carried out according to the installation guidelines of the board manufacturers.
