Wall dry plaster substructure

Assembly 

• For installation in damp rooms, coat profiles additionally. 
•   Check and if necessary pre-treat the masonry according to the plaster manufacturer’s instructions.  
• Set and align the horizontal profiles with plaster or mortar lumps. 
• Attach and align the vertical profiles with attachment lumps, leaving a distance of approx. 5 cm to the horizontal profiles at the top and bottom for laying empty pipes, cables, etc. 

• In the case of unsafe, possibly non-load-bearing substrates, it may be necessary to additionally anchor the profiles with impact anchors in the area of the attachment lumps in order to prevent subsequent flaking when screwing on the gypsum plasterboards.  The perforated profile area must be fully embedded in the attachment lugs. 

• The distance “A” of the vertical profiles corresponds to the specifications of the plasterboard manufacturers for the distance of the gypsum rows for dry wall plaster according to the type and dimensions of the boards.

• After the preparation batches have hardened, screw on the boards (not in the batch area) using quick-action screws and then fill in the plaster ready for painting.
