Curtain walling for nurseries and schools is child’s play to design and secure with our façade profiles
Edge profiles, joint profiles, edging profiles, ventilation profiles – our façade profiles design and protect ventilated rainscreen façades (curtain walls).

DGUV regulation 102-002 for child daycare facilities sets out explicit requirements for the design of a ventilated curtain wall façade. Protektor façade profiles meet these health and safety criteria. Our profiles also prevent costly vandalism, such as the disposal of garbage or flammable cigarettes in façade joints.
The accident prevention regulation DGUV Rule 102-002 states: For surfaces up to a height of 2 m, joints must be closed and edges must have a radius of at least 2 mm. With DGUV Regulation 82, the same requirements apply to schools.
Protektor façade profiles for curtain walls:
- comply with DGUV regulation 102-002 and DGUV regulation 82
- prevent vandalism
- form straight building edges
- prevent splintering panel edges
- draw even joint lines
- enable individual façade structuring
- protect against water penetration in the event of driving rain
- offer a wide range of colors
